Both the User and the Company shall individually be referred to as a "Party", and collectively as the "Parties".

2. Acceptance of Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") along with the Privacy Policy constitutes a legally binding electronic contract under applicable Indian laws.

If you are accepting on behalf of another entity, you confirm that:

3. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are legally competent to contract under Indian law.

• Otherwise legally restricted

are not eligible to use the Platform.

Any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a Party.

All non-public information disclosed by one Party to another, including but not limited to:

• Technology
• Customer information
• Financial details

Confidential Information excludes information that:

• Is publicly available
• Was already known
• Is received legally from a third party
• Is independently developed

5. General Terms of Service

• Users must read and accept all terms before using the Platform.
• The Platform enables purchase of coupons, gift cards, and vouchers.
• Creating an account constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
• System records maintained by the Company serve as valid proof of transactions.
• These terms prevail over any conflicting information on the Platform.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services.

These services operate under their own terms and policies.

The Company is not responsible for:

• Accuracy
• Availability
• Content
• Products or services

Links to third-party platforms do not imply endorsement.

7. Rewards and Availability

Distribution of rewards, perks, coupons, or gift cards is:

• Subject to availability
• At the sole discretion of the Company

8. Refund Policy

Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the Company's discretion after review of the relevant transaction and supporting details.

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days.

8.1 In-App Currency

Refunds related to in-app currency purchased through third-party app stores remain subject to:

• Google Play policies
• Apple App Store policies

8.2 Transactions

Unless a refund is expressly approved by the Company, completed purchases are treated as final.

Loss arising from misuse of purchased coupons, gift cards, or vouchers after delivery is not recoverable.

9. Fraud and Misuse

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• Bot usage
• Automation
• Reward exploitation or farming

may result in:

• Permanent account suspension or ban
• No reversal of actions taken by the Company

10. User Acknowledgement

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement
• You agree to comply with all terms
• You accept that continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance

11. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify or update these terms at any time
• Post updated terms on the Platform

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
